Unsere Untersuchungen wurden von Oktober 2013 bis Juli 2015 realisiert und dauern weiterhin an. Bis jetzt haben wir Interviews mit nahezu 50 Künstlern aus allen Genres geführt, um über ihre Arbeit im Allgemeinen und insbesondere über ihre Haltungen, Ansätze, Praktiken und Handlungspfade zu erfahren. Wir haben außerdem Gespräche geführt mit Personen, die an der Schnittstelle von Kunst und anderen Disziplinen arbeiten, sowie mit führenden Wissenschaftlern in verschiedenen Disziplinen wie den Neurowissenschaften, Soziologie, Pädagogik, Kunst und Design und Kreativitätsforschung.
